Anyone had consistent discomfort for years after implant surgery?

I had 520 cc silicone, subglandular implants 7 years ago.

I have had discomfort on and off for the entire time with the left breast. Checked with my PS and he said it was because he had to repair the pocket on the left and there were extra stitches. Ive had scans, thinking the inplant may have ruptured, but they are ok. I am at my wits end. I love the look but I am so sick of the discomfort. I have to sleep with a constricting bra every night, and I just want to feel no discomfort. Has anyone experienced this? Im debating taking them out completely or at least downsizing.
