Hi all, i am new here. I am a 39 year old male who used to be overweight until i ran it off when i turned 23. I have been thin since but my man boobs have never gone away. I have been lifting weights since my early 20’s so my chest is more defined but the enlarged breasts remain. I eat healthy an live and active lifestyle and i still cannot get rid of my chest fat. I would prefer not to do lipo and i have been watching videos o cool sculpting and Kybella for gyno. I am reaung conflicting information from plastic surgeons on the web so i decided to reach out on here. I wanted to see who has this issue and has had the above mentioned procedures done to help correct it? Thank you.
