I would like to discourage older women from using CoolSculpting. My experience with the technician was fine. But the long-term results have been devastating, leaving me looking worse than I did originally. I was 69 when I had areas above and below the belly button done, hoping to get get a bit of a flatter abdominal appearance. I think the older skin simply was not elastic enough and allowed for stretching and eventual spreading of the skin to hold more fat cells. I now have rolls on the sides as well as the front of my abdominal area where before I only had “pouches” of fat directly above and below the b b.
Every body is different. Every experience can be different. I only wish I’d read something like this to give me pause before I spent a very large amount of money to look worse.
