I'm day 4 since the op - this compression binder is pretty uncomfortable so I've ordered a compression girdle instead as that looks more comfortable. I coughed once and it was scarily painful so desperate not to cough again despite getting a tickle in the back of my throat regularly. Anyone else feeling a bit fed up with the abdominal recovery?!
