Anyone go from a D cup to B cup?

I’m a tiny 120lb, 5’4 girl, 21 years old. I have large D cup breasts right now that are pretty saggy. I’d love to get a perky B cup with a reduction. Is this possible? Has anymore with a similar cup size when to a B? Let me know
