5 days post op BBL & lipo to abd/flanks. My low back is killing me from being on my stomach. What can I do? Ice? Stretching?

I’ve had low back pain in the past but usually I can stretch, apply ice or take meds to get some relief. I don’t want to compromise my bbl. I’ve read that, any pressure can compromise the fat that’s been injected.
