2 Days Post-op. Feeling strange vibrations in my chest...

Had surgery Tuesday afternoon. It's now Thursday evening and all day I've been having these strange tiny, tiny vibration feelings in my breasts. They only last about 3 seconds each. Happens every minute or so. They aren't uncomfortable. Just weird! Is it my nerves healing? Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Thanks :)
