I need to replace my implants because one is ruptured. I’m currently deciding on two sizes. I had zero breast tissue to start with and have mentor 325cc moderate high profile. I’m currently deciding on 430 high moderate profile mentor or 490 high profile mentor. I need to stay at 12.5 width so these are my options. Does anyone have any recommendations for which to choose… I want to be larger but not massive. My surgeon said the 430 will be a moderate increase and the 490 more substantial. I do want there to be quite a change.. I’ll put a before picture and a photoshopped after. If I choose the 490 I don’t want them to be bigger than what my photoshopped photo is .. but I would be happy to be around the size of the photo shopped one. Sorry I hope this makes sense.
