I have severe acne scars and have, over time, tried to treat them with various lasers and chemical peels. The lasers seemed to make issues worse. My skin looks like it has very deep wide pores everywhere now. Anyway, microneedling has been recommended to me as the next best thing. The only issue is that there is a lot of devices to choose from. I would like to fix deep scars on both my neck and face. The worst is in my temple areas. Having it professionally done would be nice. What device would you recommend? I've dealt with these issues for most of my life and would like to finally move on. Specific clinic recommendations in the triangle would also be welcomed
