Hi Im quite serious about having a BA, i have been doing my home work and have been looking at the pros and cons very carefully. It seems to me to be 50/50 as far as satisfaction vs complication is concerned. It also appears that its almost 100% certainty you will have complications or need to have surgery at some stage and on this site there are hundreds of complications people are having all the time. How did people decide that having the surgery outweighed the highly probable complications?
