Any doctor in IL who would perform steroid injections in my upper lip to diminish Aquamid in it?

I had filled my upper lip with this filler - Aquamid many years ago. I would love to find someone in my area who is skilled in cortisone injections to try diminish this permanent filler. I have very hard time to find any. Please help.
