I know that a breast lift (donut, in particular) causes a circular incision around the areola/nipple complex. I was looking to get an areolar reduction along with a donut lift. I was wondering if the scar tissue around the areolas will prevent the nipples/areolas from shrinking/changing shape and size when hard/erect?
