Has anyone seen Dr. Arnaldo Valls for a BBL?

I am planning on seeing him in June for my procedure and I cannot find much about him. I know he is not a Board certified plastic surgeon or cosmetic he is only a Board certified General surgeon, which makes me kinda nervous and his age. But he is all I can afford and I do not want to wait until September for an opening for dr. Fisher.
