Hi everyone, I've been researching rhinoplasty and surgeons for a few months now, and a name that keeps coming up is Dr Julian de SIlva who caught my attention due to all the amazing reviews that appeared when I searched him on google and due to this commitment to achieving a natural look. It got me quite excited and I was looking to book a consultation. I'm starting to get a bit suspicious now. He seems to have tonnes of positive reviews, I saw no negative ones before looking on here. However, I joined RS last week and noticed a lack of before and after photos, and then doing some digging a couple of bad reviews, which I'd never have found before looking on here. Anyone have any personal experiences with him or some pictures you could share?
