I'm new here & starting my Invisalign journey in a couple of weeks. I'm trying to get prepared physically & mentally & wondered if it is ok to drink say, warm peppermint tea through a straw, or would this cause a problem? I know hot drinks & strong colours are a no no. Any advice really appreciated.
