Early 40s, 3 children back-to-back - am I a good candidate for a mini or full tuck?

Hi all! I'm in my early 40's and have three children four and under, so back to back pregnancies. This is what I look like. I am 5'6, and currently 134.8. I have about 9 pounds to get to where I want to be and feel my best (125 is my sweet spot). I'm extremely active, and the rest of my body is pretty fit. I cannot for the life of me suck my lower tummy in. I do have some muscle separation, I feel it above my belly button mostly (when laying and gently lift my head, I can stick 3 fingers in the gap), but no coning like I see a lot of women have, when lifting my head. I'm working out and have started to eat clean, after enjoying myself with back to back pregnancies and breastfeeding, so I am confident I will lose the weight, as I already have list 6 lbs. I have done very little work on my abdomen, as I worry I will make the DR worse (assuming that is what I have with separation).

With all this said: Am I a good candidate for a mini or full tuck? I don't look like all the before photos I see online, so I'm not sure if I'm a good candidate, but I don't know how else to pull my tummy in. I don't have a bunch of loose skin, unless I bend over as you see in one photo. It's the bulge. Is this a full tuck or mini, or just maybe I need more weight loss?

Also, is there any hope for the disgusting closed up belly ring hole from my youth?
