Ectropion After lower bleph surgery

More about Eyelid Surgery

Hello, I had a lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer 23 days ago, and unfortunately the surgeon removed too much skin. This was not what we had agreed on. I now have a curled eyelid ( ectropion) and I’m afraid it won’t go away. I’m currently using eye drops to prevent dryness.

Has anyone experienced this? Does something like this resolve on its own and just need time, or is it serious? I’m really worried and would appreciate reading about your experiences. Thank you all in advance.
