Anyone else getting a reduction out of pocket?

I decided besides an uplift I want a small reduction [around 1-2 cup sizes]. I know this will be out of pocket since my breasts are a large C/small D right now and I can tell I don't have enough tissue for my insurance to cover me. :'/ So, I was just curious if any of you here have ever considered getting a reduction out of pocket because you have breasts that are just a few cup sizes too tiny for an insurance-approved reduction, but still bother the heck out of you. I know that with my athletic image, being 'busty' is the least thing that I want. Despite having become even more trim in the past 2.5 months, not a single difference is visible in my chest - still the same too-big size for the athletic body I'm aiming for. It's frustrating how docs won't accommodate D to B reductions, for example... anyone else feel the same?  [For a doctor I was considering Dr. Adam Kolker or Dr. David Low in Philadelphia.]
