The instruction for Embrace silicone strips for anchor breast lift say to apply the strips and leave on continually for 7-10 days showering with hem on as well. Since you will need to leave these on, does that mean they are taking the place of self scar massage and will be as effective in thinning out ropy scars? My scars are not hypertrophic or keloid. I feel they are normal for my stage of recovery of 3 months. I'm just trying to weigh the difference in benefit of Embrace vs other options.
