Has anyone encountered 'boxy looking' boobs after a breast lift/augmentation??

hi! i'm 5 days post-op after a breast lift + augmentation on july 17. i feel absolutely fantastic & haven't needed to take any pain meds at all - i feel so lucky! no nausea, no pain, (lots of swelling, though!) BUT... i am having a major issue with 'boxy' looking boobs and i'm a wee bit concerned that my nipple placement may be slightly low. has anyone encountered this? and if so, did these things resolve over time? i'm so worried that i'm going to end up needing a revision if what i'm seeing right now is cause for concern. i know it's still verrry early in the healing process, but i've never seen anyone come out quite the way i have -everyone else looks amazing and i feel like an ugly duckling (still). :( i've attached a pic below, but there's lots more before & after in my profile/review. please take a peek! i'd love any feedback any or tips you might have to help settle & encourage a rounder shape!(my stitches come out on 7/25, so maybe that will help??) thanks, girls! :)
