ETT with full back lipo. How do I sleep??

I am having a lipoabdominoplasty with lipo of flanks and full back.  I am trying to figure out how to sleep.  What position will work best when both front, back and sides will be sore and bruised.  Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.  Thanks in advance!
