what to expect at 2 months post op ba

I am going on a cruise 2 months after my March 18 ba. When I read about ba. it said recovery time was 3 weeks. I thought I would be set in three weeks now I am nervous I'm going to look like Franken boobs on this cruise I'm spending 3000. to go on. What is a realistic expectation in that time frame? I'm a 34A now 5 ft 4 in. 145lbs. Getting 533cc.  Hoping that puts me around a d cup
