How do you know too much fat is removed?

Hi everyone. I need some advice understanding an eye lid surgery i recently had done. I feel that my doctor took too much fat from my eyes. My eyes look sunk in and my eye lids a bit too exposed. I am very concerned that he has taken too much fat from inside the eye and even concern that too much skin has been taken off which brought my eyebrows down. It has been one week exactly after surgery. My question is how do you know if too much fat or skin is taken out? Will this improve as time goes by? Will my lids calm down and more skin will show to help my eyes not look so open? If not can this be resolved by injecting fat?
