Can you feel your implant?

hi everyone,

So I'm 5'3, 126lbs and my breasts were quite deflated 34b. I got I think 340cc under muscle silicone non textures. I think my boobs *look* great. However I can really feel the implant at the crease and a bit on the sides. ESPECIALLY if I Bend over. When I bend over I can actually see the rippling. 

I know this is not uncommon but I'm just curious - does everybody have this?  Or rather do all pretty skinny girls have this?  I just am looking for some reassurance that I'm not alone here.
