I had a double mastecomy for gender affirmation care about 4 years ago. I have had re-occuring pain from this surgery including lymph node pain and it hurts to lift my arms due to the thick scarring. I also have numbness, I am no longer transitioning and have been presenting as female. I am looking into breast reconstruction options via implants or fat grafting. I don't know which doctors in the area would be best suited for my situation.
