Where can I find a derm or PS offering Picosure in NYC? What's the average pricing for treatment?

I have either melasma or just PIH problems... my skin is covered in sun spots or freckles and a bit of dark areas from fraxel scarring. I hyperpigment very very easily even with ZERO sun exposure. I want to get the Picosure Focus treatment, but why is it so hard to find? Is there another name it goes by? I'm in the Long Island / NYC area. Thanks!
