I've been looking to find the best plastic surgeon in the NY/Long Island area that specializes in lip lifts?

I've been looking for quite some time for the right surgeon to also refine my tip and fix some trauma to my nose during the same procedure.. Any recommendations? 

I also wanted to have a closed rhinoplasty done as well to refine my tip and fix some trauma to my nose that has caused the septum to deviate and become crooked, closing the passage way to my nose on one side. I'm looking to get as much information for doctors if that is the best thing to do, to perform both procedures in one or if i should just get the lip lift first and go to an ear nose and throat doctor to see what they can do. I need advice!:)
