I need help finding affordable dentures in the Georgia area. Any suggestions?

 I live in Georgia and I'm looking for affordable, dentures and dental implants or all on for or bonding. I'm looking for like a dental school or somebody that can do it for a low price because of is way too costly and I currently have a partial and my father needs dentures really bad Can anybody give me some resources or guide me into a direction where I can find something to help my self-esteem and my health and get my life back as well as my father to feel better and be healthy. and his are so bad can you get it medically necessary from your doctor? He's a veteran but he's working on getting disability so how can we get him help because he is in a lot of pain and he does not have dental insurance as well as I need to find help before my teeth go bad
