I've seen online the before and after images but I do not see any that snatch the waistline how the DR surgeons do. What is the cause of that? Is it safer to leave a little fat? or just how American surgeons do is different? Again I see a lot of bbl surgeons here in the states but none that snatch that waistline. Anyone a little help please?
