Fleur De Lis & Brachioplasty together? Anyone?

More about Tummy Tuck

I am scheduled to have a Fleur De Lis TT and brachioplasty on 2/20.  I am starting to panic from the many negative opinions being voiced.  Friends & family think I am putting myself in a very bad situation by having both done at the same time.  They make valid points.....How will I be able to get up without being able to use my stomach muscles OR my arm muscles?  How will I even be able to go to the bathroom?  I am starting to think maybe they are right and I should change my plans for surgery.  It's just that as you all know, financially, this type of surgery is draining.  My insurance will not pay for ANY of it.  Having both done at the same time will save me a lot of money.  I also thought that physically, being under anesthesia once would be better.  And, it would be easier going through a recovery period once.  Has anyone else had both done?  Or similar experience?  Please help me decide what to do.
