Do I need to fly back home after getting a BBL First class or is Economy okay?

I'm staying in Miami for a week after getting my BBL. I have a 2.5 hour flight back home. Do I really need to fly first class (more space) or would economy class be okay! I will have a BBL pillow to keep my new buttock off the seat.
