Are there any FNG success stories, especially with African 5 women?

All of the photos and pictures that i have seen on FNG/breast reduction have been horror stories...especially with African American women. ..I will be having surgery in march 2015, and I am very concerned...I have read great reviews and saw my surgeon in magazines, so I believe he does Good work..,..but will I have halfway normal looking breast???? BTW I'm a 40hh, so I need a FNG : /
