Looking for Doctors in NYC

I am petite by nature, 128lbs right now, however i want that nice round perky booty. Mine is a bit on the longer side, i wear butt lifters for that perky look under my dresses and it works WONDERFULLY, however those things are uncomfortable, i want that same look with nothing underneath. Alot of people tell me, i am not big enough to have this procedure, that i dont have enough fat to transfer. BUT i want a doctor to tell me that, so if anyone can recommend doctors in NYC, i would greatly appreciate it.
