I just wanted to let everyone know that I just had Fraxel Dual Re:store done and it was not as painful as expected. The nurse put a numbing cream (special that they have compounded in California) on my face for an hour and a half. When she was doing the laser it felt like a hot knife scraping my skin. I have a ton of tattoos and frankly, it wasn't any worse than any of that at all! Now, I dont think a person could sit through it without numbing cream. In fact, I KNOW you couldnt because I was numb to the bone pretty much and I still felt a bit of discomfort. She did 2 passes with the stronger wavelength and then 2 passes with the lighter wavelength. I am looking forward to the results! This was done at Jade Medi-Spa, located at the Wall Center for Plastic Surgery where I had all my plastic surgeries done. I will post some pics when I am healed.
