With an FUE hair transplant is it common to have some growth by 4 months and then no growth for the next 5 months?

I had a hair transplant back 8 months ago, and I had some growth (maybe 30% of what was transplanted) by month 4, but since then have not had any new growth of grafts? Is this normal and is there still a possibility for more growth at this point ? Thank you
