Girls, do I need acommpanist to fly with me to Miami for BBL?

I don't know what to do. I want so much to have a BBL, I think with Mendieta, but I am so scared of going through all the prosidure all by myself alone. I will be flying from Israel, it's a very long and expensive trip, and I don't know if I should take a friend from here, or, maybe it's better to hire a nurse or an assistant...has anyone went to another country by herself for BBL, for the first 10 days after surgery??wish to have some advices, please
