I had breast augmentation with 335cc implants placed using the dual plane technique through an armpit incision, along with lower belly and lower back liposuction. The first week after surgery was very sore, especially with the breast procedure, and my arm movements were pretty limited. I’m now about four weeks post-op, and while the soreness has improved a lot, my breasts are still a bit swollen and the top part is sitting a little high, but I know it can take time for them to drop and settle. As for the liposuction, my skin looks pretty good overall, but I still have two small bumps beside my belly button and the area feels a bit bumpy. I’ve heard it can take a few months for the swelling and texture to smooth out, so I’m staying trying to stay patient and looking forward to the final results. I included my pictures.
