Do gold and caviar and blood facials actually make an extraordinary difference on a person's face?

I'm thinking about going to Gold Elements and the Spa by La Prairie or the place where they take your blood and extract a part of it as treatment. I need a facial that would improve the texture of my skin and give it a dewy glow. But I'm not sure if their advertisement of gold, caviar, and blood actually give me the result I want or any long term result at all. Someone told me to just to a plastic surgeon clinic for quarterly microdermabrasion. Thank you for your time.
