Any good Rhinoplasty surgeons in Colombia or Dominican Republic?

Hello ladies, I had my first nose job many years ago. I was not satisfied with my results at all. Finally I have enough money to get it fixed yay!. Since I already had a bad experience I need a few options to do my research on. I need a surgeon who is okay with reconstructive work to fix my nose as I'm not sure how bad my nose is inside. please ladies give me some suggestions! thank you all
