Has anyone had great success from any surgeons in Stl Missouri?

Hello real self, real people!!! So I have been working out, changed my eating habits, did body wraps, squats, crunches n cut out so many things for the past 6 months but I can not get rid of this pudgy stomach, love handles, fat back and boost my butt up! I have made up my mind to see a surgeon to remove the fat in those areas and transfer it to my buttocks! I did go to two consultations one at Life Style Center and the other with Dr. Ramos can't think of the name of his business right now. Both said I would be a good candidate for the fat transfer. So my question is has anyone gone to them or in the Stl area can recommend a good surgeon and do they offer financing! My friend mentioned sonobella but they didn't offer fat transfer and her lipo alone was over $6000. But then again she was a size 12 And I'm a 6.
