Since my puberty I have suffered from an enlarged male breast. I have observed that my breasts have become significantly larger, especially within the last months. This could also be related to an increase in weight, which however has now returned to normal weight. Unfortunately the breast is still enlarged. Recently I have also noticed a hypersensitivity of the breast. It is a kind of slight pain. My question would be whether my breast is really a gynecomastia or whether I have too much fat on the chest. Are there possibilities to reduce the breast circumference without surgery?
