Heidi Montag's breast implant "removal"

She want from having 650ccs and being an F cup down to smaller implants and a D cup. According to the Entertainment Tonight video here, she's relieved she'll longer have back pain and thinks she's done with plastic surgery. With a D cup on her petite frame, I doubt her back pain is gone for good or that she's done with surgery. Would love to hear your thoughts! (On the upside, it does sound like she's done some thinking about herself and what she wants out of life).
