Horizontal cheek wrinkles after SMAS facelift - has anyone else experienced this?

Hi there, only 17 days post op but have a very obvious double horizontal wrinkle on left cheek. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you resolve the issue ? I'm pretty upset by it at the moment ... thank youÂ
