I got hyperpigmentation after Clear and Brilliant laser and two huge dark patches on both cheeks! What can I do?

I then full course of VI peel a year later to try to lighten the marks and have used prescription tretatonin as well as microdermabrasion and some light peels and nothing has helped - does anyone have any suggestions - for me?
