I work for a small company where people overshare. Does anyone have advice on what to tell my employer on why I need the time off? I would like to keep this confidential, but it seems hard to explain a 2 week out of office plan. Also, every PS I’ve met with has said plan to be out of work for 2 weeks. Is that possible?
