Has anyone heard or know of this plastic surgeon? Been researching him (Dr. Lewis Freilander) and cannot find any dirt at all. He charges $1200 for lipo and $2900 for lipo with fat transfer. No other charges. Sounds too good to be true. I live in MN so I am just trying to make my best informed decision. Thanks for any help.
