Hello all. So I have a moderate malar bags at 25 years old and they are congenital. Diuretics improve them slightly, but not enough to the point I see any significant improvement. Has anyone, at all, had any type of surgery to improve them? I have heard of fillers helping them, but I assuse that would mean adding significant amount of volume which is no good for me since as a male I have a thin, flat and angular face, so adding volume would simply change the normal dimensions of my face. Lasers and RF seem too risky due to subcutaneous fat loss and other side effects. Regardless has anyone here at all had Any improvement in their malar bags through Any procedure? If so could you name the procedure and doctor (so I could book a surgery or procedure with them? Since the doctors who can improve this area are few and far between)
