Anyone had a Inframammary fold lowered before to make place for breast implants?

All the doctors I have seen are recomending the lowering of my inframammary fold. My existing breast sit too high and I do not have extra breast tissue or sagging skin to work with. My collar bone to nipples ratio is only 19cm and my breast fold is only 2 cm bellow . if i dont go and lower my fold the day of surgery , My breast would sit in my neck and my nipple would'nt sit at a proper place . anyone has experience this and is the recovery the same ? what are the complication that could come along with this ? thank's for youre help . It is hard to find any info on this .
