I have Anthem BCBS insurance. I visited a dr to inquire about breast reduction surgery. I have always had large breasts and finally decided to see if there was any way insurance could help cover the expense. I received a letter from Anthem denying the surgery per the Schnur sliding scale. Has anyone had any luck appealing an insurance denial? Any help and/ or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
