I had an IPL photofacial almost 4 days ago and there dark brown spots have not begun to shed. All in all my skin looks weird - kinda splotchy with the coffee ground look. Wondering when it will get better? Didn't anticipate feeling this anxious! Hoping someone can assure me that it will get better! Thx!
